Jason Loudermilk began pastoring at New Canaan in December 2010.  Before moving to Dallas, he served at churches in Cedartown, GA and Hanover, IN.  Jason received his M.Div. in 2006 from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  He and his wife, Courtney, were married in 2004.  They have two children, Emma (5) and Grant (3).

Bert Capps has served New Canaan as the minister to youth and children in July 2011. He previously served as minister of youth and children at a sister church in Jonesboro, Georgia, where he was on staff for almost three years.  Bert received his B.A. in Biblical Education from Beulah Heights University in 2007.  He married April in 1999 and now they have two boys Jonathan (7) and Joshua (3).

Bob Pollard has been the Music Director at New Canaan for over 18 years.  He has been leading church music in Cobb and Paulding Counties for almost 40 years.  Bob is married to Margie, and they are both originally from Murphy, North Carolina.  They have two grown sons, Brian and Matthew.  Bob and Margie reside in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Vicki Blair began at New Canaan in 2008.   She is a lifelong resident of West Georgia.  Vicki and her husband Billy have been married for 35 years.  They have two sons, Clint and Jennifer have three children, Maddie (8), Will (6), & Sarah(4); Cameron & Kelly have one daughter Lacy (6).

Michelle was raised in New Canaan and has three children who have also been raised at New Canaan.  She has been married for 20 years.  She has always enjoyed working with children, teaching them from the earliest ages the truths of God's Word.

Mike has been a member of New Canaan since 1979, and has worked at the church for over 25 years.  He is also a Sunday School teacher and a deacon at New Canaan.  He was saved in 1978.  He has one grown son, Derek.  Mike enjoys Harley Davidson, golf, and a good sermon!

Margaret has played the organ at New Canaan for almost 50 years.  She and Morris have been married for 50 years, and they have two grown daughters, Carol and Lynn.  She also has three granddaughters. Margaret is originally from Rockmart, but has called Dallas home for the last 50 years.

Lois was born in Michigan.  She was raised in a Christian home and was saved at 8 years old.  She also started playing piano at 8.  She moved to Georgia 15 years ago.  She has been a widow since 2002.  Lois had five children, and 7 grandchildren.  She has played piano and organ for several churches, and taught piano for 20 years.  She currently also works as a personal assistant in Douglasville.  Her hobbies include knitting, jigsaw puzzles, making wedding cakes, and cooking.

Lynn Jackson has served New Canaan as Audio Technician for several years.  She also serves as the Middle School Girls Sunday School teacher.  She is married to Wayne, who is a deacon at New Canaan, and they are the proud parents of Katie.  Lynn grew up at New Canaan, and this has always been her church home.
